Should the home be empty before you clean?
Ideally, yes — move-in / move-out cleans are most thorough once furniture is out. If you're mid-move, let us know and we'll plan around what's left.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes. Inside the oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher are included in every move-in / move-out clean — no add-on needed.
How far in advance should I book?
A week's notice is ideal, especially around month-end when move dates cluster. That said, reach out even on short notice — we'll do our best to fit you in.
Can you help me get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard property managers inspect for — appliances, cabinets, baseboards, bathrooms, and floors. While we can't guarantee a landlord's decision, a professional move-out clean is the strongest step you can take.
Do you serve apartments as well as houses?
Yes — apartments, townhomes, condos, and single-family homes across Houston and North Houston, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, and Pinehurst.
