Ideally after all trades have finished and major debris has been removed by the builder. We'll then handle the detailed clean that makes the space truly ready.

We handle dust, residue, labels, and light leftover material. Large debris, skip-level waste, and haul-away should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.
Can you clean before furniture arrives?
Yes — an empty space is actually ideal. It lets us reach every surface, corner, and floor edge for the most thorough result.
